FITNESS JUMPSTART

Purpose:

To provide self-awareness, knowledge and skills to people seeking improved fitness, no matter what level Program:

  1. Postural analysis/assessment (Session 1). In the initial meeting with the THE GYM, you will be taken through a series of assessment exercises in order to better script the your regimen.

  2. Plan. We design a complete workout plan for you, custom tailored to the information gathered in Session 1.

  3. Reinforcement (Session 2). In this follow-up session at THE GYM, we teach you to implement your plan, with special attention to factors critical to your ongoing success, such as form, mind-body connection and habits.
